Mable + Magnolia's soy candles are hand poured and made in small batches. Our candles are perfectly imperfect. We love soy candles because they are eco-friendly and have natural qualities but can sometimes exhibit imperfections due to their unique characteristics. One common issue is "frosting," which appears as a white, crystalline texture on the surface of the candle. This occurs as the soy wax cools and solidifies; it does not affect the candle's performance. There may also be variations in color or scent throw because they are made from natural ingredients, which can differ from batch to batch. These imperfections are part of the charm of soy candles and reflect their authenticity and environmentally conscious composition. Please review our return policy below:
Return Policy
Return Period:
- Items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team at mableandmagnolia@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Method:
- We offer a store credit for returned items, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Exclusions:
- Gift cards and digital gift certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive an item damaged in transit or a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
-To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging with packaging slip.
-Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the reported damage or defect. If the product is found to be damaged or defective as reported, we will offer either replacement with the same product or a full refund to be returned to your original payment method, including shipping costs.
